Orders

Sales for US customers ONLY. Orders outside the US will not be fulfilled.

Firearms must be shipped to a registered FFL. Firearms sales will be limited to 1 per customer until production runs commence.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify compliance in the locale and state where the firearm is being shipped. The Dragon is not currently on any state gun roster and is NOT available for private transfer in: California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington D.C.

Returns Policy

Firearms sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

You may return most new, unopened accessory items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds

Firearms sales, including pre-orders, are final.

Rideout Arsenal reserves the right to accept a request to cancel any order. Orders canceled the same day as placed, before being processed, may be voided without incurring a fee. Charge processing happens at 9pm est. every day. Orders canceled after being processed will be subject to a partial refund of the order total minus the credit card processing fees (typically ~4%).

For items being returned for a refund, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs and credit card processing fees are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost and credit card processing fees will be deducted.

Shipping

Firearms will only be shipped inside the US to registered FFL's. During ordering you will select a local FFL to ship to. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the lead-time of your items. We will choose the shipping provider to maintain legal standing of firearms shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The shipping weight can be found on the ordering page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
